What is the booking process?
Bookings are secured by a 25% non-refundable deposit. Your space is not confirmed until this is received and may be given to any other enquiry.
Can I pay my booking off?
After your 25% deposit, you may pay your booking off however you choose to, with the full balance being due in full 7 days prior to photoshoot day.
If this has not been completed, your booking date will be deferred to a later date.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?
A rescheduling is permitted with 48 hours’ notice; however, any further reschedules after the first will incur a rebooking fee. If you choose to cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is NON-Refundable, while the remaining amount paid will be refunded to your bank account. “No-shows” are not eligible for any refunds.
What if the weather is raining on our photoshoot date?
Your booking will be rescheduled to next available day. If multiple reschedules are made due to rain, there is no rebooking fee charged.
Can I use the client wardrobe for my session?
All full sessions have access to the client wardrobe; however, it is not available for Mini Sessions. A pop-up changing tent will be provided at the location for you to change into your chosen outfit.
Do you provide cosmetic retouching?
Yes, this is an additional charge under the “retouching addon.” Standard editing is included for all photoshoots. If you request changes to weight, makeup, hair, clothing, or backgrounds, you will need to purchase the addon. Retouching requires significantly more work on your images.
Can I choose two locations across my photoshoot?
One location may be chosen only. If you are booking a full session, you may use the forest outside of the studio as an outdoor option. This is not an option for Mini Sessions.
I’ve never had photos taken before, I dont know how to pose etc?
No worries, all direction will be provided where needed. Depending on the type of photos you are choosing, if you would like candid photo’s, no direction is needed, just you being yourself 🙂
Is there a travel fee?
There is no travel fee for locations within 15 minutes of CBD. Travel fees apply to distance beyond this.
When do I need to book my newborn in?
Preferably, schedule at least 1-2 months before your baby is due. This will ensure that space is reserved for the time surrounding your due date, as this is a flexible booking around that time frame.
Can I do multiple outfit changes across my session?
If you have booked a full session, you can choose multiple outfits (up to 3 outfits in Collection One packages and up to 5 outfits in Collection Two packages). Please note that mini sessions allow for only one outfit.
